Holly’s expertise is accessible at OM Movement in Coconut Grove.  Her one-on-one training sessions are a masterclass in personalized fitness, where she combines her extensive knowledge with a hands-on approach to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Group Training with a Twist

For those who prefer the energy of group training, Holly offers small group sessions every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 PM. The classes are capped at five women, ensuring that each participant receives Holly’s focused attention. This intimate setting is perfect for those seeking the social aspect of a group workout without losing the personal touch.

A Chat with Holly

We had the privilege of asking Holly a few questions for our readers.

How long have you been a personal trainer?

I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years!

What inspired you to get into fitness?

My mom had these at home workout videos and I LOVED doing them! I became hooked. Soon after, I got my first job as an office assistant at a gym in my hometown. I looked up to the instructors and knew I wanted to do that. Soon after I started getting certifications in fitness. I wanted to help people with movement, so I went on to study to become a physical therapist!

What makes training with you different from going to a workout class or getting a program through an app?

Training with me is different because of my background in physical therapy. One fear for a lot of people is that they will injure themselves during exercise. I create a plan that makes them feel better while hitting their fitness goals. I believe fitness training is preventative healthcare.

Do you offer prenatal and postpartum training?

I do offer prenatal and postpartum fitness training! I am certified in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise (PCES) and I help mamas throughout their pregnancy journey and into motherhood.

What are the benefits of your customized training program?

The benefits of my customized training program is that they’re strategic. Personally, I struggled for a long time to gain muscle and “look fit.” I was making a lot of mistakes and overtraining! I learned how to create an effective program to yield actual results, while combining my strengths as a doctorate in physical therapy and my yoga teacher training for a holistic program.

What is your favorite exercise?

My favorite exercise is either the hip thrust or barbell squat!

What is your favorite thing about the Miami fitness scene?

The community! And the weather! We get to walk outside year round here- it’s the best!
